LOCAL CONTRACTOR
A Local Concrete Contractor With a Reputation Built on the Work
Jeff’s concrete work can be found throughout Bradenton and nearby coastal communities, from residential driveways on Anna Maria Island to slabs, patios, and projects at Swordfish Grill on the Cortez waterfront.
One memorable example of Jeff’s reputation is his work for local businessman John Banyas, owner of Swordfish Grill, Cortez Kitchen, and Killer Bait. Banyas had shirts printed with the words “Thank God for Jeff” as an expression of appreciation for Jeff’s work.
That kind of recognition comes from years of experience, dependable service, and providing concrete solutions suited to each property and project.

Experience Without the Shortcuts
Quality concrete work involves more than pouring material. Preparation, layout, finishing, timing, and attention to detail all contribute to the finished result.
Jeff understands that every project has different requirements. A house slab requires a different approach than a decorative pool deck, just as installing a new driveway differs from resurfacing an existing patio. This experience helps him evaluate each project and identify practical solutions based on the homeowner’s goals and property.
Jeff’s Custom Concrete is licensed and insured, giving homeowners added confidence when choosing an established local concrete contractor.
Local Knowledge. Personal Service. Quality Concrete Work.
Jeff remains closely involved in the work his name represents. Rather than relying solely on salespeople, he offers homeowners the opportunity to discuss their projects with someone who understands concrete and can provide straightforward guidance.
For projects outside his primary residential focus, Jeff can also draw on his industry experience to help connect customers with trusted crews when appropriate.
